ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMES (MADE-TO-ORDER)

All The Supply Network orders are hand picked, hand printed, and carefully packed to order. As each item is produced specifically for you, we aim to dispatch all orders within 4–5 business working days.

During sales periods, peak seasons, Black Friday events, bank holidays, and weekends, dispatch times may take slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking confirmation by email.

Some international destinations may experience additional courier delays beyond our control. Please refer to your tracking link for the most accurate delivery updates.

UK & EU TRADE AGREEMENT – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (UPDATED)

The UK–EU trade agreement effective from 01.01.21 allows for zero tariffs on qualifying goods. However, customs VAT and import charges may still apply depending on local regulations.

All international orders (including the EU, USA & Rest of World) are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis unless otherwise stated. This means that:

  • Import VAT

  • Customs duties

  • Local handling or clearance fees

are NOT included in your order total and may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery.

The Supply Network has no control over these charges, as they are set by the destination country’s government. By placing an international order, you accept responsibility for any applicable import taxes and duties.


DELIVERY ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

We always endeavour to ensure your order reaches the correct address. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout, particularly when ordering internationally.

We reserve the right to charge a £10 administration fee for any change to order details after purchase.

If the order is returned to The Supply Network due to incorrect delivery details, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of resending the item. If no response is received, the item will be returned to stock and a refund issued minus a £10 administration fee.


FAILED DELIVERY & DEPOT COLLECTION

If a delivery attempt is made and the courier is unable to complete delivery due to customer absence, inaccessible address, incorrect details, or failure to collect from a local depot, any redelivery or return-to-sender costs will be the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from any eligible refund.

IMPORT TAXES, DUTIES & DDU SHIPPING

Customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the destination country and may be levied once the parcel arrives.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the sole responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by The Supply Network.

For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office prior to placing an order.

Failure to pay import charges does not constitute grounds for an automatic refund.


CUSTOMS DELAYS DISCLAIMER

The Supply Network is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, security checks, border processing, or government import procedures, which are outside of our control.


REFUSAL OF IMPORT CHARGES – IMPORTANT NOTICE

If a customer refuses to pay required import charges, the following applies:

  • The Supply Network is not liable for any resulting costs, including:

    • Return shipping fees

    • Customs handling or storage fees

    • Administrative or disposal costs

  • All such costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.

  • Refunds are only issued once goods are physically returned to us from customs.
    This process may take several weeks or months.

  • If a parcel is lost, destroyed, seized, or unrecoverable due to refusal, no refund will be issued.


CUSTOMS SEIZURE & GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY DISCLAIMER

If goods are seized, destroyed, or permanently withheld by customs or government authorities for any reason, The Supply Network cannot be held liable and no refund will be issued.


SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In some cases, orders may be dispatched in multiple parcels. Customers will receive tracking details for each shipment where applicable.


FORCE MAJEURE – EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

The Supply Network shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier strikes, extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or global supply chain disruption.


PRODUCT COLOUR & DISPLAY DISCLAIMER

We make every effort to accurately display product colours online. However, colours may appear differently depending on screen settings and device displays. Minor colour variation does not constitute a manufacturing fault.


ADDRESS VERIFICATION & FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to request additional address verification or order confirmation for high-value, international, or suspicious orders prior to dispatch.

RETURNS – UK & INTERNATIONAL

If you would like to return your item for a refund or exchange, please do so within 60 days of receipt.

Complete the returns form included with your order including:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Items to be returned/exchanged

Returned items must be:

  • In original packaging with label/tag attached

  • Unworn, unwashed, unmarked

  • Free from perfume, make-up, smoke, and pet hair

All items are inspected upon return.

Please include a note/letter inside the parcel with full return details. Returns received without this may experience delays.

If returning from outside the UK, you must mark the parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form. Failure to do so may result in charges being applied again and deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and issued to the original payment method only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges are shipped free of charge. We do not operate a free returns policy.

Any returns received after 60 days will not qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge a £10 cleaning fee if return conditions are not met.

Any item returned showing signs of wear, odour, washing, or use will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping with proof of postage.
